个人介绍
本人以结构生物学、生物化学和动物模型等技术手段,研究微环境对细胞功能的调控以及对相关疾病的治疗,揭示了药物和信号分子调节细胞表面膜蛋白受体(GPCR)的分子机制(Nature,PNAS),并通过对骨细胞微环境的多组学研究,提出了针对骨质流失和肿瘤的骨转移的包括免疫治疗和联合药物治疗等的多种新疗法(Cancer Research,Nature Communications)。入选上海市海外高层次人才引进计划等。
研究方向

1. 利用冷冻电镜解析细胞表面受体蛋白复杂复合物的结构

2. 探索膜蛋白相关的肿瘤、代谢、神经等相关疾病的致病机理和治疗方法

3. 基于受体结构的药物分子设计
