个人介绍

上海交大Bio-X研究院个体化医学研究中心主任(与哈佛-麻省理工 Broad研究所共建),上海交大个体化医学交叉学科创新人才实践培养基地主任,上海浦江人才。现为我国药物基因组学专委会副主任委员、常委,我国个体化用药科技创新联盟副秘书长,上海浦东新区转化医学联盟副秘书长,国家卫计委项目临床遗传专科委员会委员。曾先后担任国际学术期刊共同主编、编委、SCI期刊(Frontiers in Pharmacology)副主编;发表学术论文100余篇,申请专利 33项,已授权12项, 其中3项获转让,主编及参编著作6部,主持及参与制定指南与标准4项。主持国家863计划重大项目、国家自然基金、国家新药创制重大专项子课题、上海科技创新行动计划等项目。曾获国际人类遗传学会议青年研究者奖、全国高校生物类微课竞赛二等奖等。

研究方向

药物基因组学与个体化医学;出生缺陷及疾病基因组学

研究并发现精神神经疾病、心脑血管疾病、肿瘤、严重药物不良反应、重大出生缺陷等一系列个体化医学相关分子标记物,基于一系列功能研究技术手段探索不同个体对药物、环境等各类因子的反应存在差异的分子机制,研制个体化医学高通量快速检测技术手段及疾病个体化治疗方案,建立各相关疾病个体化精准医疗技术体系。

中国药理学会药物基因组学专业委员会委员,上海市医学会医学遗传学分会青年委员。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目,上海市自然基金面上项目等。

关注药物反应的个体差异,应用多组学技术探索和开发严重药物不良反应的诊断及预警生物标志物。
