个人介绍
      主要从事精神分裂症、双相情感障碍、抑郁障碍等重性精神障碍的生物标志物研究。长期聚焦精神疾病的代谢异常,系统论证了多种精神疾病的能量代谢紊乱和脂质代谢稳态失衡的特征。围绕皮肤烟酸反应(NSR)这一无创生理指标,构建了超5万人的大规模外周皮肤功能表征数据库(https://db.tynsr.com),深入解析了其背后涉及的“神经-免疫-代谢”轴异常参与精神疾病发生发展的病理机制,积极推动其在疾病生物学客观化诊断、风险筛查及精准分型领域的临床转化应用。相关成果为揭示精神疾病的“神经-免疫-代谢”互作机制提供了新视角,也为实现精神医学的精准生理评估与个性化干预策略奠定了坚实基础。
      主持多项国家自然科学基金、国家科技重大专项、国家重点研发计划。完成2项科技成果转化项目,相关产品完成国家第一类医疗器械备案2件、获得第二类医疗器械注册证2件。
      任中国神经科学学会精神病学基础与临床分会委员、中国药理学会药物基因组学专业委员会委员、中国遗传学会伦理委员会委员。曾获华夏医学科技奖三等奖。
研究方向

1.      精神疾病的生物标志物与数字化评估

l  致力于发现和验证用于精神疾病的客观生物学标志物,特别是基于NSR的辅助诊断模型开发与应用。

l  探索结合生理指标与数字化表型的综合评估体系,提升精神心理疾病风险筛查与早期识别的效能。

2.      神经-免疫-代谢互作机制与精神疾病

l  聚焦于精神疾病中外周与中枢的能量代谢及脂质稳态失衡,特别是线粒体功能、氧化应激与免疫炎症反应的交互作用。

l  解析脂质过氧化、多不饱和脂肪酸缺乏等代谢异常参与精神疾病病理进程的分子机制。

3.      面向精准精神医学的生理评估与转化技术

l  推动基于NSR等生理表型的客观评估技术向临床转化,开发用于疾病分层、疗效预测及个性化干预指导的工具。

l  探索针对特定代谢异常亚型的营养干预或靶向治疗新策略。

个人介绍

主要从事复杂精神疾病的分子机制研究,聚焦于脂质代谢与免疫应答的交互作用。系统解析了精神分裂症、抑郁症等疾病的外周代谢特征,鉴定了花生四烯酸缺乏及氧化脂质异常堆积等精神疾病关键风险因素。在转化医学领域,构建了基于皮肤烟酸反应的精神疾病客观生物学诊断模型,推动了相关测试系统的硬件研发与医疗器械注册认证。

研究方向

1.  精神疾病的脂质-免疫交互机制

l  聚焦精神疾病的脂代谢紊乱,重点研究细胞膜及线粒体膜上的脂质氧化损伤与花生四烯酸缺乏机制。

l  解析氧化脂质引发的免疫失衡在疾病发生发展中的病理作用。

2.  精神疾病客观诊断技术的研发与转化

l  基于皮肤烟酸反应等多模态生理表型,开发精神疾病客观量化评估工具与算法模型。

l  推动皮肤烟酸反应相关医疗测试系统的工程化落地与临床应用。
