中国神经科学学会精神病学基础与临床分会委员,中国药理学会药物基因组学专业委员会委员,中国遗传学会伦理委员会委员。曾/正主持7项国家自然科学基金、3项国家科技重大专项/国家重点研发计划。

研究方向


研究方向主要聚焦于精神疾病的生物学诊断、个性化治疗以及相关机制研究:

1. 多种精神神经疾病中建立了基于烟酸皮肤反应表型的辅助诊断模型,鉴定了其在脑疾病生物学诊断领域的巨大临床转化潜力。并深入解析了该表型参与精神疾病病理的分子机制,对具有相同功能表征的疾病亚人群开发了分层干预和精准治疗策略。

2. 通过代谢组学、蛋白组学、转录组学等研究手段揭示了精神分裂症患者的代谢异常,并基于尿液、血浆、细胞膜、线粒体等生物样本阐释了脂质代谢紊乱,在复杂精神疾病的分子诊断标记物研究工作中取得了突破性进展。
